Lifetime Warranty

All Lumora custom USB flash drives are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product. At our sole discretion, products returned to Lumora will be repaired or replaced if found defective.
Repairs & Replacements
Where possible, custom drives will be repaired. In most cases, such repairs are limited to replacement of electronic components. Exact duplication of client-specific logos, names, or images on repaired or replacement units may not always be possible, but we will make best efforts to match the original look and finish.
Data Disclaimer
No specific or implied warranty applies to any data stored on the drive—whether preloaded prior to the original shipment or added by end users after distribution. Always back up your data.
Limitation of Liability
Lumora is not responsible for any real, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by any program or data stored on any drive, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.
Cancellations, Replacements, and Customer Service
Artwork & Printing: Once your order has been approved and sent to print, no further modifications or additions can be made to the graphics. Please carefully review and proof all documents and artwork before confirming your order.
If there is an issue: We will make every effort to replace, fix, or refund your order at our discretion. If you’re not happy, neither are we—please contact us and we’ll work it out.

Warranty Process (RMA) — Summary
- Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number, description of the issue, and photos/videos.
- We will provide RMA instructions and the return address.
- Inbound shipping is arranged by the client. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair/replace and arrange outbound return or include replacements with your next shipment.
- Non-defect or unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.
